The past week we have been talking about Dads and why they are so important to us. We had listened to some bible stories that told us about some special Dads including Mordecai and Jarius. We spoke about all the things our dad’s do for us every day and why it is important to celebrate our dad’s. We created some cards for us to take home. We folded a long strip of card into three pieces and stuck the letters D, A, D on each square. We used bright colours of paint and blobbed paint on the card. We peeled back the letters to reveal the word ‘Dad’ on the front. We then wrote a nice message inside our cards. ‘Happy Father’s Day’! Thank you for everything you do for us!
