School is finished for another year and it is fair to say everyone is very ready for the summer holidays! We have had a very busy year and it has been our first full year of being in school since 2019.
The Juniors packed up their work for the year, and they should be very proud of all they have achieved this year. They have worked very hard in all areas, especially on their reading skills, Mathematics and Gaeilge. They have produced some beautiful art work and most importantly, they have created some fantastic memories over the past year. Something which we hold very dearly in our Junior Classroom is politeness and kindness, and the Juniors should be very proud of the people they are becoming.
To celebrate the fantastic year we have had, we enjoyed some play time, ice-cream sundaes and cartoons. We had a lovely final morning together before saying our goodbyes for the summer. We wish the 6th Class pupils the very best for the future as they start their next adventure to secondary school! A big thank you to parents for all you have done over the past school year to support your children and the kindness you have shown. We hope you all have a relaxing and lovely summer break!
